Every user has to login the system using unique login name and password in order to get user role and to be able to see enabled documents/screens.
AVE CLIENT
Crucial tool for using AVE 2 system is AVE Client. AVE Client is designed for administration and control of whole system without necessity to use any other tool or utility.
User competency
User competencies (In Ave 2 user competencies are represented bys system roles) are used to determine range of
enabled parts of AVE Client. User roles are created for exact determination of enabled functions. User roles can
be set for each region individually. Whole system is set according to user roles - documents loading, documents
functionality and dialog, function and data access.
