Every user is required to login the system using a login name and password in order to get a user role and to be able to see enabled documents/screens.
AVE CLIENT
A crucial tool in the AVE 2 system is AVE Client. AVE Client is designed for administration and control of the whole system without the need to use any other tool or utility.
User access rules
User access rules (In Ave 2 user access rules are represented by system roles) are used to determine the range of
enabled parts of the AVE Client. User roles limit the user's ability in specific functions and can be set individually
for every region to which the user is assigned. The whole system is displayed according to access rules – display
loading and functionality, access to dialog windows and functions in connection with individual screens and available data.
